Mr. Todd White will tell us all about the Big Brothers Big Sisters program on July 24. Did you know that Big Brothers Big Sisters nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network? We've all heard about this tremendous organization but during our meeting, you will learn how to get involved and make a huge, lasting, positive impact in the lives of young people.

Our meetings are filled with information on opportunities for us to put "Service Above Self." Our featured speaker was Nick Rogness, the District Executive for Boy Scouts of America, who told us all the wonderful things the BSA is doing with Boy Scouts in our area.
We also heard from Brodi Nicholas, the founder of Campaign One At A Time. Their mission is to provide positive experiences and fulfill the dreams of children fighting life-threatening illnesses one child and one campaign at a time. Campaign OAAT is an amazing organization that brings happiness to children who are battling for their very lives
On September 27, they will host their second annual Gala fundraiser. Held at The Falls Event Center, this year’s ‘Secret Garden’ themed evening will include a dazzling appetizer & cocktail reception and dinner, followed by entertainment and an auction.
Join 200+ attendees this year as we dance, laugh, and party the night away all in honor of giving back and making our communities and this world a better place one person at a time.
We cannot say enough good things about Dina Collins. She is the owner of Cornerstone Insurance Services which has been helping people insure their greatest asset - themselves - for 30 years! Dina joined Folsom Lake Rotary in the summer of 2017 and shortly thereafter became our Secretary. She is one of our most active members and, as Secretary, makes sure our operations are running smoothly. Most recently she went on a shopping spree for backpacks and school supplies for Twin Lakes Food Bank to distribute to deserving families in Folsom. Dina role-models dedication and the Rotary ideal of "Service Above Self." This recognition could go on forever so we'll stop here.
